Love the location near UD on a lovely historic block. Home was beautifully renovated while retaining its historic charm.
House is very large with a big kitchen and fun game room for people to gather.
There’s a bedroom on the main, which was great for our guests who don’t prefer steps, and the 3 addtl bedrooms upstairs were a great size. Highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay and the location was beautiful! Jodi was a very attentive host. Lots of stuff to use in the house/kitchen so you won't need to bring a bunch of extra stuff which is nice! Would definitely stay again.

Jodi was truly an exceptional host! From the beginning, everything was smooth and easy, and communication was clear throughout the entire process. Even though I’m not the best communicator myself, Jodi was very patient, understanding, and accommodating, which I really appreciated.
The house was absolutely beautiful—very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into making the space welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, and honestly even better in person. The atmosphere made us feel relaxed and at home right away.
We had such a great time during our stay. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to stay there. I also want to apologize again if I missed anything or for any delays in communication—this was my first time communicating like this after booking, and I appreciate your understanding.

My family of 4 had a great time at Jodi's place. We were there in the early spring. It was an easy drive up to Lassen National Park where we were able to go snowshoeing. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna at the house. Jod's place is a short walk to the lake which was nice.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The floor plan worked great for our family; the home was clean, and in a safe location. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the sauna!

Me and my family took a 2day get away, this cabin was perfect! We didn’t have to go anywhere else just being there was good enough, enjoyed sledding out back, doing s’mores, kids had fun and it was just so cozy definitely would come back for summer!

This house is gorgeous! I can't believe there was a T.V. in every bedroom! the upstairs bedroom with the en-suite was amazing. bathrooms were beautiful & everything in the house was updated. My family enjoyed the games & hanging out in the that are area as well.What we paid was well worth every penny!

Very pretty, large kitchen. Plenty of amenities, beautiful lot & game room, 5 min walk from the lake, 15 min back because it’s steep ( good leg workout haha) she responds fast & is kind there is plenty of space for a group/family trip, the kids loved the loft & we loved sitting around the fire place. Would love this place in the summer too! Thank you for hosting us
